Join Us on Sundays!

Tibetan Buddhist meditation center in Chicago. Doors are open to both first-timers and experienced practitioners every Sunday from 9 – 11:30 AM.

If it’s your first visit, try to arrive by 9:15 AM for a short introduction and tour.

At the heart of our tradition are sadhanas, which are special meditation practices that combine chanting, visualization, and prayer. These practices support you in the recognition of your innate awareness, compassion, and wisdom. All texts include English translations and pronunciation guides, and you can engage in any way that’s comfortable for you (chanting along, following in English, or simply sitting quietly).

Our shrine room offers both cushions and chairs. We have tea and coffee breaks. Whether this is your first experience with meditation or part of a long-standing practice, you’ll find a supportive community here. We look forward to seeing you!
